Promoted all the way up the line from a seasonal employee, my tasks have included being in charge of a store team of ten people, doing store operations up to and beyond inventory counts and adjustments, opening and closing the store, creating schedules, and terminating/recruiting/promoting employees. My tasks also include delegating tasks to each of those associates to ensure that marketing is in compliance and that sales techniques are being utilized to make great guest experiences as well as managing profit and loss reports on a monthly basis.
