“The events told in Omen Exitio: Hunger start from real events set then within an extremely accurate historical framework, all draped in a typically Lovecraftian atmosphere. On February 11, 1927, a little boy named Billy Gaffney mysteriously disappeared from his apartment in Brooklyn. The town is turned upside down by the authorities and the many volunteers who try to help, but there is no clue about the little boy. Only your intervention could shed some light on this drama.”
The gameplay itself takes you through an incredibly well-written narrative from the perspective of reporter Richard Pickman. On a completely unrelated case, he finds himself at the center of a missing persons case that in entangled in sinister roots. You’ll meet a deep cast of unique characters and locations that each add their own flair to conversations and discoveries. You’re also able to collect clues and discover secrets through the point-and-click gameplay.
